HOA1 Annual Meeting Monday, April 28th

HOA1 will hold its annual meeting On Monday, April 28th. The meeting is in Vermillion room in the HOA1 clubhouse and begins at 1PM. The meeting is open to all residents with time alloted for open microphone comments and usually the Board hears from residents who do bring attention to potential or real problems in the development.

The topic that is of most interest to resident are the plans to erect a new activities building. The process is moving along rapidly with input from residents, clubs and staff as to design and costs.

A late topic was added to the agenda which is a review of a possible software replacement for several stand-alone software programs to integrate multiple HOA1 processes. In past meetings, several residents have asked why HOA1 does not have a phone application to replace the key fobs and for making golf, dining and other reservations.
