Trump Golf Cart Parade Stymied: July 4th?

For several weeks, supporters of candidate and former President Donald Trump have been unable to follow the HOA1 rules regarding planning a golf cart parade. Visits to the HOA1 office have been fruitless, with staff referring the planners to the Safety Patrol head Chris Albers who directed the people back to the HOA1 office.

After a spontaneous Trump golf cart parade in Fall of  2019, the HOA1 board bowing, to complaints from Trump haters, decided a policy would be needed.

This is the policy as per the HOA1 website 

POLICY MANUAL SECTION: General Management and Administration
POLICY NAME: Parades
POLICY NUMBER: MA‐7
PURPOSE: To establish reasonable guidelines for parades in HOA #1.
Parade organizers are to notify Patrol of parades by submission of the SaddleBrooke One Parade Notification Form at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of the parade. All
entries and participants are required to follow the rules and regulations set by SaddleBrooke One Patrol and are to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.

1. Parades may take place between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm.
2. Pausing or stopping along the parade route is prohibited.
3. Air horns or excessive loud sounds are not permitted. Police, Fire and EMS are
exempted.

However, it appears at this point that no form was ever promulgated per the MA-7 policy and therefore the staff had no document to give the organizers.

The organizers have made preliminary plans to schedule a parade, form or not, for July 4th starting at the HOA1 parking lot and ending there before the SaddleBrooke buffet and fireworks event.
